Once a year our Quality Management System is audited by a registered certification body.  This certification body is Benchmark. They in turn are approved and registered with the Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand (JAS-ANZ).

If we successfully pass our accreditation audit, Benchmark provide us with a certificate of approval specifying that we have an accredited Quality Management System to AS/NZS ISO 9001 for the current year.

This certificate can be viewed in our office at any time or a copy can be faxed to clients that require evidence of our certification.

What does this mean to our clients?
Because our Quality Management System is audited by an externally accredited body, we can provide our clients with a guaranteed and set level of Quality Assurance.
