We have developed a reputation for prompt, effective and personal service over two decades. So that our customers continue to receive services that meet their changing needs, we have developed a Quality Management System covering all aspects of our business.
Rather than build separate systems for occupational health and safety, equipment maintenance, and service scheduling, we monitor and manage all our activities through our Quality Management System. Integrating the functions of our business in this way focuses all our efforts on meeting the needs of our customers.
A very important aspect of our Quality Management System is a constant search for safer, more efficient and better-quality ways to provide waste management services. As improvements are identified, they are incorporated in the system.
Our customers are welcome to inspect the relevant sections of our comprehensive system documentation.
We recognise that our vehicles and equipment must be kept in good order if we are to deliver timely and effective service to our customers.
Equipment maintenance procedures devoted to ensuring proper maintenance of all vehicles and other equipment form an integral part of our Quality Management System. As do the control systems that are in place to ensure that all maintenance is carried out on schedule.
We employ qualified staff to service all our vehicles in our own workshop.
All our drivers inspect major vehicle systems each day before beginning work. This requirement and other minor maintenance is set out in Work Instructions for each task.
